West Clarendon Cemetery, also known as Chippenhook
Cemetery, is located on Walker Mountain Road.
This
is just outside Clarendon, Vermont. Transcripton of stones and photos provided
by Doug Wescott.
The first is a headstone about eight feet tall, very impressive. The first
face reads:

Aged 75 Yrs.
I make him to be #606 in the aforementioned book.
Second face reads:
Sophina (My notes say it was spelled this way, although her name was Sophrina.)

The fourth face is empty. And this headstone has WESCOTT in big letters around
a base, as you will see in the picture.

Jeremiah, stand side by side, from left to right as I've listed them. The
monument of Amos
Wescott is somewhat removed, but visible from anywhere in this small cemetery.
