Mr. T. J. Scott,Tampa, Fla.

Dear Sir:-

Replying to your esteemed favor of some days ago, it was a good tract of Long Leaf Pine of 20,000 to 50,000 acres that we desired.

Something North or West from Fla. is wanted, but if you have nothing outside of your Sate, we will be glad to have the details in regard to something you have direct from owners, that will cut the most timber.

Of course, the price must be low or reasonable.

Very truly yours,

Jno. J. Wescott

Mr. Chas. H Scott, Montgomery, Ala.

Dear Sir:-

We are informed that you are the owner of a large body of cypress in Florida which is for sale. We beg to state that we have buyers for a large amount of cypress, if for sale at the right price, and would be glad if you would furnish us with a description of your property together with all information in regard to it and your lowest prices.

We have buyers who mean business and would be glad to take it up with them.

Very truly yours,

Jno. J. Wescott
