The cemetery is located in Edgerton, Wisconsin which is just over the Illinois-Wisconsin border. To get there one would head north on I-90 toward Madison, WI. Get off on hwy 59 heading west. Once in Edgerton, ask for directions. The cemetery is south of city center, but no more than a 10 minute drive.
Franklin and his brother John Varnum both had “land grant” farms in the area. John Varnum is also buried in Fassett Cemetery, but I don’t have images of those graves.
FindAGrave.com has a memorial for Ione Babcock buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in nearby Albion, Wisconsin cemetery, where a Louise May Wescott Babcock (1869-1964) is also buried.
